Purpose: The purpose of the review was to gather evidence about adherence inhaler techniques among children with asthma. Study design: A systematic review. Method: structured literature search done using various electronic database MEDLINE; PubMed and Procast. Result: Total 25 studies were shortlisted, from which 15 them proper methodology reviewed reported. Studies included Randomized control trail, experimental studies, observation study, cross sectional prospective observational controlled OUTERSPACE trial. reported that asthma controller therapy showed is based on parenteral perception positive approach towards many poor adherence. And Electronic device monitoring a way helping caregivers video directly observed (DOT), digital smart spacer support, connected system (CIS), comprising clip- sensors, patient-facing app healthcare professional (HCP) dashboard, devices, audio-visual reminder improvement in caregivers.
